Great directions and check-in process. The free unlimited WiFi was a huge bonus. The motel is in a quiet location, perfect for a peaceful stay.
The room felt a little basic and could use some improvements. The kitchen lacked a stove and the outdoor furniture could be better.

Location is convenient to popular attractions, and the room was spacious and clean. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the outdoor spa was a nice touch that we enjoyed.
The room was in dire need of modernization and repair. the furniture was dated and worn, the carpet was threadbare, and the shower pressure was very low.

Best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and location close to all the famous attractions. The room was very clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities provided. The hotel also had a convenient parking area, which was a bonus. Additionally, the location was excellent, being very close to everything we wanted to see, including a Maori thermal centre and other sights.

I had a fantastic stay at this upscale hotel, with its luxurious touches and top-notch services. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. The free wifi was a great perk, especially for my granddaughter and her friend who couldn't get enough of staying connected.
I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Location. Reasonably quiet. Parking outside unit. Hot chocolate.
Small T.V. Dirt and crumbs under couch cushions. Did not take advantage of spa in unit because when pump was turned on thick white gunk oozed out into the water. Single bed creaked.

Easier to find even though it is not on the main streets. Quiet.
Single bed is a bit small even for a normal 5"7 female. Shower's water pressure is weak.
